jawhoo folds.

Look good? We're about 1/2 through the orbit. With 11 bbs I'm a bit confused. If I've got like t800 I think I'm pushing, and t1500 I may just limp and see what develops - I'd love comments on those thoughts too. Also, what if it's 88 or 99 instead of 66?

Thanks much.

If you've been playing tight and have a good image, you can try to raise to 3x BB from your position. Sometimes it looks really strong and you'll win the blinds.

If someone comes over the top, then throw it away.

I think doing this is a BIG mistake. Especially considering your stack size. Both pushing and folding is better than this.

You have 10BB. Don't trick yourself and say 11. I see very little difference between 10BB and 11BB in this spot. If I'm going to play a hand when I'm at or less than 10BB, I'm pushing or I'm folding otherwise you're bleeding chips.

If you raise, which would be a minimum of 3BB, you' put yourself down to 7BB, when he comes back over the top are you folding only to hit the BB next leaving you with 6BB? You begin to limit your chances of having a decent hand hold up when it won't cost a stealer that much more to call even if he knows he's beat and then when he catches do you blame luck?

I disagree here. I think if you get re-raised and you're willing to call, you should just push first. If you're not willing to call, you should probably fold.

Not worth the risk of losing the 3xBB.

As for the original play, I say fold. It's tempting, but I think I wait for 88+ to push there, given stack sizes and position.
