Default Too Aggressive? All in on draw.

Pacific .25/50 blinds $50 max NL

3 main oppenents.
BB has around $30
Button has $56
I have around $33

I pick 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in the cutoff. There are about 4 limpers and i call, button calls.

Flop A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I bet $3 and button raises to $6. BB calls $6 and i call the extra $3.

Turn: (A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]) 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB checks, i move all in. Dumb move?

given the stack sizes it looks like roughly the optimal time to semibluff.
That said, fold preflop.
Betting out the flop is a matter of taste, but I prefer not to. With an ace and a king, its going to hit someone, so it'll be hard to pick up the pot. If you like betting nonnut draws, fine, but I think that getting reraised hard on the flop is not a desireable position. If I have that hand in that position, I prefer check-call if the odds are good.

But again, fold preflop.

I agree with folding preflop. It was just that the table seemed to be rather passive, so i was hoping to get in cheap (which i did)

Button has KQo and i dont improve
Horrible call though by button.

Situationally it was a great call.

I dont like your move (just found this thread, missed the beginning of it) unlike the other posters because with 2 opponents who have shown strength you have minimal fold equity.

It's nicer to see a river and either save some money / make whatever is left if you hit.

I dont think that this was the best move that you could have made. Although you are a favorite to improve your hand to atleast a strait, you cannot be sure that you will have the nut flush, nor will you absolutely have the nut strait. this hurts your odds spectacularly. However I do agree that your opponents call was a poor one.

You already know this, but don't try to bluff people who will call all-in with second pair.

Huh? You think someone is calling all in here with a straight draw that's going to be higher than his straight draw? There was no straight draw for OP's hand on the flop and the bet was raised and cold called. There's no way someone is in there with the nut end of the OP's straight draw once the turn card hits (unless it's 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]) but that's not feasible enough to discount your straight outs.
