While its not poker nor instructional, I greatly enjoyed reading Bringing Down The House. Simply a fun read about casinos and math geniuses who try to bust them. :-)

Poker Nation is probably the most accurate portrayal of the underground poker hustler lifestyle as I have read.

So accurate, that when I lent some novels to my Dad, I decided to give him Positively Fifth Street instead.

Poker Nation is a decent enough read, albeit completely disjointed with very little flow. I found it to be kind of a sad commentary on human nature, too. Depressing in several parts.

Could not have said it better, and I want to also say this book is definitely worth a read.

Funny, I just read this book last night. Found it at some book blowout sale, only book on poker remaining, decided it was worth the 5$. Didn't find out till I finished it how good of an investment it was. Enjoyed it alot Also reading Katy Lederer's biography and enjoying.
