Not much on villain at all... only 75 hands, 28%VPIP, 12%PFR, probably doesn't even mean anything... anyways, what the hell does this bet typically mean at this level? I'm new to the level so I'm not sure.

If he's reasonable then he has a big draw, or he thinks he's being tricky with a set/ two pair. If he's a donkey, then your guess is as good as mine.
