I'm confused too. I probably play it about the same. I can see folding on third, and I can see three-betting. Nothing really makes sense for seat 4 but I'll guess pocket Aces. Hope you escaped.

Why not reraise on third? This puts max pressure on the bring in, which means you could end up only playing against one low draw which is nice. And your hand is nice and disguised.

Otherwise I probably play about the same, sure looks weird.

i re-raise third every time. a disguised pair of kings is a monster hand and a big huge winner, as people will assume that your open pair represents a busting low and try to punish you and get stung for their trouble... i love that hand. edit: but only heads up- another reason to re-raise.
