I rarely play live but something I've started to try doing is keep the same position/expression etc. whenever I take an action. I sweated daryn back at turning stone and he did this very effectively, he would just put his chin in his hand and look at the table after he bet/checked or whatever. Something you could try to prevent giving off tells.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I love Harrington's books, as well as The Psychology of Poker. I plan to reread them 2 times minimum and to play as much live poker as possible. I only play online Europeans - they do a lot of crazy plays, but that is online. I haven't had the chance to play them locally (I live in Prague right now), as the casinos here are bad.
