5/10: Getting to showdown with A high
Villian is pretty tight, 17/11/2 150 hands
Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 3 folds, Button raises, Hero 3-bets, BB calls, Button calls. Flop: (9 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) Hero bets, BB calls, Button raises, Hero calls, BB folds. Turn: (7 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero checks, Button bets, Hero folds. Final Pot: 8 BB I feel like this situation comes up a lot more at 5/10 than it did at 3/6 and I have a hard time deciding when to get medicore hands to showdown. Is this laydown OK? 3bet flop? |

Re: 5/10: Getting to showdown with A high
I think you played it fine, when guy is loose and aggressive I will try to get to showdown unimproved, but against this guy I think you can fold here. 3betting the flop is just asking for it IMO.

Do you have this guy's atsb? [/ QUOTE ] Looking in PT now its 16%, Im thinking I didnt have enough hands on him when this was played to factor that in. |
