Harry really seems like a class individual.

It may well have been a mistake but he got his money in with the best of it and I will be rooting for him in the future.

I thought Marcel Luske's actions were equally over the top in general and specificially with respect to Harry, and even more so consider what an accomplished player Marcel is.

i like what the guy had to say. i also agree with him on his J Murph opinion. i think J Murph handled himself well for a young player and will be around for years to come.

I also thought this was a very well written post and commentary on the events. We need more class acts to win these events to be able to show some of the newbies that you can win an event with class.

I volunteer to be first. I promise not to whoop and hollar, generally act like a turd, or to flop on the poker table (unless I defeated Fischmann; then I'm not sure I'd be able to control myself).

Luske has that rare ability to be over the top but still be liked. I don't think anyone he beats at cash games really minds losing money to him. He doesn't come across as being a prick, just an easygoing guy that has some really good tactics to put people on minor tilt, or to coerce their actions.

I amc urious as to how he does so well in europe, as table table is not cool there, right? I think his table chatter are a nice edge for him.

And on a final point I did think about hitting JA (Josh Arieh) at the time because of the TV cameras but have always wanted to portray poker in a positive light.

i agree 100%. he does his share of needling people but is always having fun, not being malicious, and seems to take his losses in stride. just from what they have shown of him, i would be rooting for him to win the whole thing if i didn't already know the outcome.
