Default AA, possibly boring. $18K guaranteed

I haven't been too impressed with main villain. Too loose for my tastes but I can't remember if he got too out of line postflop.

I limped hoping the short-stack in MP would push all in. He was just recently shortstacked and I thought he would be making a play here more often than not. I'd like a better line here if all possible given my limp...

Dealt to hero [ Ac As ]
1 fold
Hero calls [100].
3 folds
CO/Villain calls [100].
BB checks

** Dealing Flop ** [ 3d, 6s, 3s ]

Villain calls [250].
BB folds.
** Dealing Turn ** [ 6c ]
hero checks.
Villain bets [325].
hero calls [325].
** Dealing River ** [ 4d ]
hero checks...

Oh, villain and I have pretty even stacks. 33BB and about 130/300 remaining.

Way ahead, way behind. I like it after the turn pairs the 6. So long as a spade doesn't get there on the river, I don't mind continuing to let him bluff / underbet his boat.

A reply from Sossman is all I need.

I was basically thinking along the same lines. I wasn't too afraid of a free card with the exception of the flush, but villain was loose enough to play a 6 OR a 3.

He checked behind and showed KQs.

Even with a shortstack who I feel will push a large majority of the time? Any reason why 33 doesn't sit well with you? I'm assuming less is better...(like 10 or so). Would more be acceptable? Is 33 too middlish? Am I making ANY sense?

Default I dunno how to play the big stack!!!

I am hitting hands like crazy in this tourney. I just want a quick check on this hand. Is ~2:1 enough to call here do you think?

300 enter. 40 pay. We're down to about 35...just out of the bubble.

If you have a read that just happened to fail, limping AA is fine, we all have misreads. No big deal.

The river check is OK I think, but you need to call any bet here, even a push. Even if he could have played a 6 or a 3 he is far more likely to have something else, and in general, a 3 will tend to not bet the river. Therefore, when he bets, he'll usually either have a 6 or 77/busted draw/something else moronic with the latter greatly more common than the former.

2:1 is fine on the K9s call but only because you are so huge that you still dominate the table afterwards if you lose. After that, you have to fold to pushes a bit more.

According to poker stove your range for him at exactly 2:1 is:

88+,ATs+,KTs+,QJs,AQo+

Add in a bit for bluffs/donkery and "put fear into re-raisers by calling".

Woodguy

Default One more hand

If I'm posting too much, just let me know. I'm just not used to these scenarios...

Down to 2 tables, 20 left or so. Blinds at 500/1000. I have about 42K. A guy just moved to my table (awmahn for those who know him...i've played with him this week. he's fairly solid. He's UTG and makes it 2500. UTG+1 pushes for about 7800 more. It's folded to me in the BB. I have AQs.

Easy fold?
