Default Ordering from Conjelco

After reading many glowing reviews of Conjelco and learning that they pay for these forums, I decided to order Barry Greenstein's Ace on the River from them. I'm certain that I will not be dealing with them in the future. It has been over a week since I ordered from them, and when I check the status of my order it's always "awaiting processing." Not a problem, since there may have been delays in receiving Greenstein's book. However, I've shot e-mails to both orders@conjelco.com and weinstock@conjelco.com. No responses. At this point, I just want to cancel my order and take my business to Amazon.

i preordered my HoH 2 on Jun 7 and still dont get it till now!! but they do respond to my email

how do you check the status of an order?

BTW, I am in the same boat as you. My copy hasn't yet arrived even though I pre-ordered it more than 2 weeks ago.
However, I'm not too sour on conjelco. They shipped my copy of HOH2 very quickly. The delay could very well be the fault of last knight publishing.

Ok. Mine is "awaiting processing" also. I'm not angry yet, but I'm getting there.

I re-read conjelco's email to me that is dated the 26th of june. Here's a quote

"Although we try to process every order submitted prior to
5pm Eastern Time in time for shipment the next business day,
but we can't always meet this goal. Please allow 2-3
business days for processing your order."
Wtf? I'm done "allowing" 2-3 days for processing. I want some kind of explanation. I remember when amazon did something similar to me they waived my shipping costs.

They could at least give more detail than "awaiting processing". I hate being left in the dark.

I don't know why you have not received a response to your
e-mails if they were sent to "orders@conjelco.com" but I
will check on it.

However I can answer all questions regarding Ace on the River. We have not received our first shipment of this title yet. We expect it in the coming week.
