Inter pin

I'm gettin the sites where I have to play 1/2 to clear.. and i dont feel comfortable w/ the amount of $$ i have so far. Can i set up my account at inter now or whatever w/out depositing, and get my pin in the mail faster, so that when i get to that site, i can withdraw faster, instead of slowing down my bankrolll growth? thanks.

i have accts at all the cryptos. it takes about 5-7 days on the east coast of US. their monthly bonuses are worth the hassle if you like TAG tables at low limit. occasionally you can find a good table.
