After getting spoiled using the modified tables on the party skins, I've gone to poker room to clear a bonus and right away got irritated with the fact that they use green card backs on a green table. A contrasting color for the card back would make it much easier to see who is still in a hand when I'm multi tabling.

Has anyone modified this? I haven't run across PR mods the way that I have with Party skins. The card back is a targa file Game-Cards-Hidden.tga ; I don't have any graphics programs loaded to modify it on this machine. Something like the yellow backs on party would show up nicely I think.

Please let me know if you have seen some mods or know what I can use to modify this kind of file.
