Default Best \"forgotten\" song of the 80\'s

I nominate "Sweetheart", by Frankie and the Knockouts.

I'd like to set a few ground rules here.

#1. I am the grand arbiter of the forgottenness of songs in this thread.
#2. The song has to have been a hit on SOME level, not just a song on an album you happened to like that no one else ever bought, like "Everything's Over", by Darling Cruel...
#3. The song can't be something you still hear on a regular basis, ergo "Take on Me", "Come on Eileen" and "Safety Dance", while great songs, do not qualify. "The Promise" by When in Rome and "Whisper to a Scream" By Icicle works, do.
#4 I will also make attempts to rate all nominations on a scale 1-10, 10 being best, in both Greatness and forgottenness.

I hope I'm not violating the rules by nominating a few:

I Love You by Climax Blues Band
The Look of Love by ABC
I Wanna Be a Lifeguard by Blotto
This Little Girl by Gary US Bonds
Under the Milky Way by The Church
My Girl by Chilliwack
The Rain by Oran Juice Jones (ha)
What Do All the People Know by The Monroes
Summertime Girls by Y&T

Is that enough? Or should I go back into the Ipod for more junk?
