But, I did see that I had an extra $80 in my account (that I could not get to in the poker room).

I went to “live help.” They informed me that it was a casino bonus (only used at the casino). It is released after $2,000 is bet. Well, I bet the $2,000 … got the $80, but lost the easy $250 I had one over the weekend.

Now I remember why I stick to poker and gave up the casino games.

You should have stopped playing at the casino as soon as you lost the $80 bonus. If you do it this way, there is no risk whatsoever.

Be patient. They're sometimes a little slow to pay out the bonuses, but they always do.
