Default Kill Phil Book

This book is supposed to be an extension of Sklansky's "The System". Has anyone read it? I figure some people here might know a little better than the people in the books/publications forum.

Can you tell us what you know about the book? Gordon? Ivey? Hellmuth? And whats it about?
