Default does this players stats mandate a 3bet PF here?

he is a 54.4/9.34/1.43. i sort of noted his high VPIP and reraised. does his relatively low aggression factor mean i shouldn't reraise here?

you mean his reletively low PFR? 1.43 is pretty high AF for 54% VPIP. I don't 3-bet here, but if someone does i'd like to hear why/how the play it.

that is what i meant. i mean its pretty easy to see the VPIP and make judgments from it on what kind of hands a player would limp with... but i don't feel like i know enough about what the PFR stat tells me.

KQo is a very weak hand to be three-betting an utg raiser with. Further, when he caps preflop, your flop call becomes incorrect as well. You will be lucky if you are drawing to 3-outs here.

Final Pot: 6.70 BB

It depends. What are the CO, Buttton, and blinds like? Will 3-betting be able to fold him often on the flop or turn if he misses with ace high? Does he change his raising standards based on position?

Without more info, it's pretty close between folding and raising.

He PFR tells you how often he raises Preflop. He raises 9.34% of his best hands unless he has weird raising standards. So his Preflop raising range is probably AJo+, KQ maybe KJo+, 99/88+. You're an underdog here and it looks like villain will make it hard for you to play postflop if you miss. I'd wait for a better spot.

How many hands worse than KQo will he raise with? There are not that many, since all ace rags and small pairs are favourites over your hand.

For example:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 58.5053 % 56.57% 01.93% { 22+, A2s+, A2o+, KJs+, KJo+ }
Hand 2: 41.4947 % 39.56% 01.93% { KQo }

This is very aggressive for some one playing 54% of his hands.

The Villain's pre-flop raising number is very reasonable. Fold KQ.

The fact that he's opening in MP2 is probably noteworthy also. What I'd really like to know is his WtSD%. I don't want to be called down UI by A9 or something on dry boards consistently. 3-bet if he'll lay down some hands you'd like postflop. Otherwise fold.
