I agree with everyone else about folding the flop, and I think there's one additional metagame consideration here. Since CO is laggish, there's a good chance that he's betting the flop with nothing here (or he has A high and he's actually bluffing with the best hand). If everyone folds, maybe he'll think he pulled off some great bluff by representing the K and it will encourage him to keep taking shots like that in future. You are giving him this small pot so that maybe next time he'll try it in a bigger pot and you can snap off him with something you can go to showdown with.

Agreed, this is just one of those situations where the guy with position gets to steal it. Nothing you can do unless you really have a hand, except recognize when your turn comes and take advantage of it then.
