Default Limit HE Tournaments (Strategy, Etc.)

Does anyone know of any material that deals w/ limit tournament strategy (basic or advanced)? I can hold my own in low/mid-limit (6-12/10-20) cash games, but tournaments seem to play much different. Are there any existing tournament reports, etc, dealing w/ 'em? I want to be able to spend some time preparing for the PPM so I'm not left sitting there asking whether or not I can go all-in yet.

Thanks in advance.

About 1/4 of Sklansky's TPFAP is on limit holdem tournaments. This material is excellent, but presented in a theoretical manner with extreme examples.

"Tournament Poker Practice Hands" by Cloutier and McEvoy is about half on limit holdem. Most of the material in it is OK, despite the reputation of the authors.

Hellmuth has a chapter on it in "Play Poker Like the Pros". The material is fairly elementary, like the rest of the book. The tournament material in his book is pretty good as far as it goes.

A few years ago, a large proportion of US tournaments were limit holdem. With the boom in NLHE, there is not a lot of new material, printed or online, on limit holdem tournaments.
