Re: Easy Cooking Recipes
[ QUOTE ]
If you don't feel like dirtying up dishes, then here's an option that I'm sure most of you haven't tried... 2 eggs precooked sausage English muffin cheese paper bowl paper towel Crack open 2 eggs into a paper bowl, stir it up. place 2 sausage patties on a paper towel place the eggs and sausage in the microwave and set it for 2:30. (poke some holes in the egg after 2 mins) While that is cooking, put the english muffins in the toaster. DING, put the egg and sausage on the muffin, add cheese... munch away no dirty dishes either [/ QUOTE ] Update: I just did this except I used precooked bacon. I put 1 egg in the bowl and it was enough for one sandwich. 1 egg took about 50 seconds to cook in the microwave. it was delicious |

Re: Easy Cooking Recipes
here is one:
2 Lbs. stewing beef 5-7 peices of bacon 1 large onion 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can garbonzo beans (AKA chick peas) 4 4oz cans Chopped green chilles Lots of Jalepenos (determine your own number for lots I prefer a jar) 4 garlic cloves (minced) 1 1/2 tsp mexican oregano 2 tsp ground cumin 3-4 cans of beef broth (use water if you like it bland) Brown the beef onions and bacon in alittle bit of oil. After a few minutes add some garlic, salt, pepper, and jalepenos (if you are using canned or jarred just pour in the juice at this point) Let the meat fully brown Add the rest of the crap. Simmer for hours. Eat with tortillas and be thankful I shared this recipe with you. Its also real good with buffalo instead of bacon and beef. |
