Ventnor City
anyone ever stay here in AC? I would think that area is pretty sketchy just from location but I could be wrong...

Some parts are sketchy (mainly closer to AC and off the ocean), and some parts are very nice. But the further you move south in Ventnor and into Margate and Longport (two small communities) the area can get very nice and expensive.

Funny to drive down there and see a pretty significant difference between AC and Ventnor. You can pretty much pick out the municipal boundary without seeing a sign.
