Both Voodoo lounge and Binions ranch run $50-70 per person after tax, drink, and tip.

Go downtown to Freemont Street. I believe it is the 4 Queens casino, has a Tony Roma's in it. Every night from 9 to 11, they have steak and lobster for 10.99. Also, from 5 to 7, they have prime rib for 8.99. Good stuff.

I ended up just going with them to rum jungle which came out to $75 with a few drinks....the bonus there is that you can get a stamp and can get back in when it turns clubby without paying the $25 cover!

The Mirage buffet, Cravings, has been excellent both times I've visited.
