Default A 10/20 Fold -- Questionable?

This would be standard at 5/10, but is it a mistake at 10/20. I'd just sat down about an orbit ago, so no reads.

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button 3-bets</font>, SB calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, Button calls, SB calls.

Flop: (13 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, SB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (9.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises</font>, Hero folds.

yeah, i had a feeling i was being too passive in these spots. what do you think his range is at this point? a little analysis might help me unfasten this skirt.

ahead
AQ -- 12
KQ -- 6
AK -- 8
JJ -- 6

behind
AA -- 6
TT -- 3
QQ -- 3

yeah, even if we discount the ahead heads, the 3bet still looks very nice.

thanks.

Another thing you have to remember that with no reads, who knows what this dude is capping with and then raising the flop in position. Also, I really don't want to give a free card here to some bonehead trying to get to a cheap showdown.

People play poker poorly and insanely. Incorrectly capping hands multiway ain't even scratching the surface of their misplays.

Just remember, with no read, at this level, the only thing you can do is play your strong hands strong and get to showdown with your marginal ones.

If you don't feel comfortable 3 betting this draw heavy flop I would then donk bet the turn. I still like a flop 3 bet but def. donk the turn if you don't. The big problem with allowing someone else to take the lead when you're multiway w/ an overpair is that you're not sure where you're at. I mean the SB could have AQ and be "slowplaying".
