Good tournies to start with?

I play $1/2 6max and want to play a few tournies but I dont know where to start. I cant seem to find any good freerolls since they all have HUGE numbers of players for very little prize money.

What are some good tournies out there? I am looking for ones with good overlay (Is overlay total prize fund - [number of players x tourny entry NOT fee]?)

Found a gaurenteed $2.5k for $6 at ladbrokes which I think I may go for but are there any others?

worry about learning to play MTTs well, not finding the overlays. that is if you ever want to really make any money doing it.
