Yea u need 2 accounts but I play simultaneously all the time on EP and PP, no problems here.

I'm assuming you have to use a different name, address, payment method, etc.

you need to register on a computer that doesn't have the Party CLient on it.There are a few other things to do, check the internet forum for the techniques.
