PokerNow+Party at the same time?

Is this possible any more? I could only find this which doesn't work for me.

Pokernow does not work with Party Poker and I have never heard of anyone having a way around it. Use another skin.

There were ways at one time. I don't know if any of them still work or not.

Uninstall the party client, open PokerNow, reinstall the party client, open party. This used to work. I haven't tried it recently though, so YMMV.
