Is this party blinds (SB is first to act after the flop) or normal blinds?

SB = button. I did 3-bet him a lot, and limp-reraised a good amount when he'd start raising me in the BB with crap. I think that preflop I did a great job adjusting, but postflop I could have done better (even taking into account my drought of cards.)
