Why is the \"sporting events\" forum sometimes missing

on the list at the left i mean...

i can see it from OOT; but from MTT; it's not listed...

I can see it from the MTT forum. I've never been able to see it (or, Science, Math, Philosophy), from the Sports Betting forum.
