Just a heads up and maybe I am too paranoid but.
Federal law makes it offense to intentionally avoid US bank reporting requirements (31 USC 532). If I remember right from my federal criminal law class, the penalties for this are incredibly harsh. They used it to bust drug dealers that they couldn't catch with drugs. Anyway this is probably why Neteller has the 5K limit.
