Notify the moderator?

Where is the button to notify the moderators of a spam posted located? I feel blind.

The icon directly to the right of the icon that has the finger with the piece of string on it.

The bottom line of every post, under what the poster has said, says "Post Extras:" followed by three symbols, a printer, a finger with a string, and a document with a circle/slash over it. Click on the last one to notify the moderator.

Don't worry I didn't see it either and I've been around here a while. I was sitting there going...finger with string? Wha...? But then I shrugged cause I don't particularly care either.
