Extra cash back from Dell???

I am about to purchase my first 2001FP. I remember someone talking about a Dell prefered account and getting a large % off in addition to the coupons. (i think it was bugstud) Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this "perfered account" and what I need to do to take advantage of it.
