i asked in a different post a while back and someone, i think artuisX said it was being the last aggressor on the turn and c/r the river.

I'm going to have to agree with soiler; the sexiest thing I've ever seen on a poker table is the turn 3-bet followed by river CR. Admittedly, though, I don't play much live poker.
