Re: Squeeze with AA
CR is way superior to bet/3-bet in this situation.

[ QUOTE ]
I have no idea why I'd want to thin the field. What, to protect myself from twopair? [/ QUOTE ] two pair can't beat you here. |

Re: Squeeze with AA
Ok, say the board wasn't paired. Would donking the turn be better here? Or would check raising still be the best?

I'm still going to trap this a lot.

Re: Squeeze with AA
I just did a stove. Say you had AA and the board was J2Kr and one opponent had any J and another had any K. AK and K2 are just as likely. I know it's an unlikely situation but I just ran it to feel things out.
Board: Jc 2d Kh Dead: equity (%) win (%) / tie (%) Hand 1: 22.7052 % [ 00.23 00.00 ] { JJ, AJs, KJs, QJs, JTs-J2s, AJo, KJo, QJo, JTo-J2o } Hand 2: 25.6893 % [ 00.26 00.00 ] { KK, AKs, KQs-K2s, AKo, KQo-K2o } Hand 3: 51.6055 % [ 00.52 00.00 ] { AA } 51% equity getting 2:1 makes this an easy checkraise for trapping people. I'm going to run a few more stoves with more realistic circumstances just to make sure... |

Re: Squeeze with AA
I'll go with everyone and say I like this hand. Because this is pretty hot.
