AQ and 5xbb with so many people left I'm usually calling. The thing that is discouraging here is that the guy has a healthy stack, which pushing from utg makes me feel he's not desperate, and not pushing a wide range. In this case I'm inclined to fold. Can we get a read on villain??

J,

I think you are really overthinking it.
You have less than 5 bb and AQ. The pusher is an idiot (I assume all my opponents at small stakes are tards until they prove otherwise and there was no mention of him beinga good player).

I think folding really sucks.

Ok, 5xbb at 75/150, but one thing people haven't bothered to mention is that there are 7 people left. At this blind level and this many people, it's probable that people will become desperate and we'll see constand pushes, which will make us hard to push with position.

What throws me off is just the fact that he shouldn't be desperate with that stack size. I'd call before thinking about it though.

many will push with far less Aces, KQ and such. I'm calling. With your FE after the blinds, you'll be flip'n regardless.

This is my though. Cause a good % of the time Ill be ahead but Ill run into coin flips cause I see people push all pairs there. Im a puss when it comes to calling and Im trying to open up my calling ranges a little cause I think it might be hurting my game.

I would never ever fold this with less than 5 bbs. Coinflips are not the end of the world and you are going to be dominating/well ahead of a large portion of his range.

You aren't deep enough to want to avoid gambles, money is still a while away.

I just ran it through SNGPT. If the villian is pushing top 10% it's pretty neutral. 10% is 55+,ATo+,A8s+,KQs. Looser than that and it's a call. This is probably one of my leaks.
