a few bonuswhores.com questions

curious about bonuswhores.com. very, very good stuff.

but i see the first few offers use "IGMPAY" code. which says uses U.S. bank directly.

here are my questions:

1) i know it says U.S. banks, but will canada banks work?? so often, canada and U.S. are interchangeable.....

2) is IGMPAY a payment method? i.e. competitor to neteller or paypal?? or can i assume neteller to use IGMPAY code?

3) alternative codes/methods for foreign?? wouldn't shock me if alot is U.S. only.
