I sent them a polite email this morning, and have already had my table limit increased. I just mentioned that I have seen others' table limits increased, and I was wondering if they could do the same for me?
Within an hour and a half, they had increased my own table limits.

I emailed them a couple weeks ago bitching that it was impossible for me to even compete in the stupid plasma tv giveaway playing only 3 tables.
it took them a couple days, but they finally responded and now I can play 4. (i'm not even trying for the plasma, i just used that so they wouldn't say no)
