villian is loose, agressiveness is unknown

Without a measure of his aggressiveness, this is an easy fold. I can't imagine there are many hands you are ahead of here that call the flop and raise the turn. Even if you are ahead, he could have a ton of outs to beat you on the river.

I'd let it go. And don't cutoff the action but then include the results.

Quick and easy fold. Like stated before, i cant think of much that would call the flop and raise the turn that you are ahead of.
