Why are pokerstars cashouts so slow?

I think its fair to say that pokerstars is prolly #2 -at worst #3 among all the sites (behind party).With all the players and competition among poker sites why are stars' cashouts so slow?Granted if you buyin using neteller -your amount you bought in for is cashed back to neteller in an hour or two but why does the remaining amount (over what you bought in with ) take 2-3 days to hit neteller?It just doesn't make sense.Agruabley Stars has one of the best software,customer service and tourneys.Why not go that one extra step towards cashouts?
