Any J or Q would help us, giving us 6 outs, discounted - 5 outs, correct? I would play this one passively.

I would probably fold on the flop here. You don't have the odds to catch your straight and it is too likely that you are up against at least one Ace (and probably the AK at that).

Aside of the post flop play I am wondering about that pre-flop raise from UTG+1, I would limp KQo from there, would most here also have raised it?

I think you have enough outs to call the turn bet. 4 jacks and at least 2-3 outs for your QK.
