Default 5/10 PL game

very juicy loose passive game.

Villian ($800) open-limps in EP. Villian is one of the few solid players at the table. Been there for about 2 rounds. Only played 2 hands. Raised preflop and took pots with a pot size flop bet both times.

4 others call. I (around $1400) call in the SB with red Jacks. Big Blind Checks.

Flop QQ3 (2 hearts). I bet out $45. Villian rather quickly raises the pot ($160). Everyone else folds.

What's my line here?

Given that he had raised pf in his earlier hands it is hard to put him on AA or KK. QQ would have no reason to raise here. AQ probably would not either. I suspect he either has KQ, QJ or Ax of hearts. Either re-raise here or call and pot it again if no heart or Ace comes on the turn.

I dont like leading out for the pot 7 way here.

I dont see, either, how you can rationally justify continuing this hand unless you either:
a. Want to gamble (which is technically irrational)
b. Want to show off the other good player (which is definately irrational)
c. saw his cards (which is ok, in the rational sense, I think)

Why would you consider doing anything other than folding?

I think the most likely hands are TT or 99. I dont see why a player who I assume is good will try to take the pot down with any hands that beat me.

If villain has AQ or 33, he's going to try to stack anyone who has Qx.

I assume you checked JJ in the small blind hoping to hit a 10 high or Jack high flop. Leading out at that flop doesnt make a whole lot of sense then. Wait for a better spot to put your money in. Easy fold.

I don't it is likely he would limp AQ, JQ or any other Q hand in EP. the only hand you are worried about is 33. Are you really going to give him credit for 33 just because he raised you?

I think it is just as likely (since you were in the small blind) that he thinks you are taking a stab or that at best you have a Q with a bad kicker.

I like calling the re-raise and leading the turn if a blank hits.
The benefit of this is that if you re-reraised the flop and he went all-in, you would have to fold when he might be pushing with the draw.
