Without reading everyone else's responses...

It's very possible that:

a) She wants you to chase her
b) She likes you but has no idea how to express it

In any event, you have nothing to lose by calling her up soon and inviting her over. Say, "I'm not doing anything tonight, come over and let's hang out." Don't ask her if she wants to come over, because that gives her another opportunity to dodge you and make you chase.

If she comes over, you must make a move.

Top set is a hard hand to play sometimes, alright? This girl's different than I'm used to, it's not like I'm a career singles hitter or anything.

seems like the standard passive agressive move on her part... "ok cool, if I ever see you again..." she might not have even noticed she said it and is waiting to see if you were just trying to get some that one night.

I didn't read the replies so this might have already been stated.

I know how you feel, I was the same way with girls before I got married. Either make a clear move, or accept friendship. She's not gonna do it for you.

I called her up, turns out she's leaving tomorrow night after her last final, so there's no time to do anything before break. She said she'd call me if she ends up going to that ski resort near me in Oregon, and she sounded disappointed about the fact that we wouldn't be able to see each other before she left. So, I think I'm in. To be continued in January...
