I don't think UTG+1 has shown you enough action (not that you gave him the opportunity to give excess action) for you to be sure that top pair is no good. You can bet, call a raise and call down.

Since villain is so tight, I think there's a good chance he has JT+. He probably isn't a calling station, so I think a check-raise might be good here. If he 3-bets, you have to call with your OE str8-flush draw.

After villian raised the flop I don't particularly like the turn card.

I don't think you're pushing villian of his better hand with a check / raise here. I think a check / call or check / fold is in order. The pot is small, so you might want to see if your OESD comes through, but you might lose even if you hit it.

Checks and calls. UTG may have a better Jack or a flush draw that came in already. Might also have a set, two pair etc. Can't tell which.

We don't want to throw our hand away but why would we want to risk paying more with what is probably not the best hand? A bet is unlikely to make UTG fold a better hand the way it looks to me.

Donk bet, fold to a raise.
Looks like a FD free card play, or Higher Jack/Kicker.

If he wanted a free card before he's not going to need it now. Basically every draw came in on the turn, so we can be pretty sure that a bet is going in the pot whether he has (had) a draw or not here.

Chack/call. Donk the river if you hit one of your draws.
