I can't believe folding for one bet getting 13:1 odds can be correct. I'd need to see at least a little bit of aggression before I fold this hand.

It isn't just the one bet you have to consider, but the others its likely to cost you if you hit and still end up in 2nd place. With a flop of this texture this is a very likely possibility. Even if you improve, you still need to dodge the river (and with this many players that could be a lot of cards to dodge). It might seem like 13:1, but it isn't, and you can be pretty sure that you are not in front after that flop.
