Default 15/30 Party Multi-Tabling

Many people are posting that the 15/30 at party is very beatable.

What effect does it have that many people might be playing multi-tables. Are there enough fish playing so that this balances out the games.

What are the best games to play to work your way up - 10/20 has most people playing short handed.

Thanks

The games are definitely tougher after the deluge of 2+2 multitablers, though they are still beatable.

The problem is clear: not enough tables. You need to get an account at a thrid skin and play 12.

As you would expect, the games gettougher as the limits get higher. I am beating the 15/30 at Party/Empire, but not at the same rate I was beating the 5/10 game. I beat the 3/6 game even more, but of course the higher stakes make up for the lower win rate.

I wouldn't worry about people multi-tabling, that really shouldn't affect your game. Of course there are enough weak players, otherwise we wouldn't be beating the games.

If you are going to multi table yourself, you want a good selection of games. THat's why a lot of players jump from 5/10 to 15/30, because of the lack of 10/20 full table games. If you can beat the 5/10 games for more than 1.5 BB/100 hands, I think you will also beat the 15/30 game.

There's less difference than you would think. Is all just poker, the good players taking from the fish. The only thing that is very important too keep in mind is the less you are beating the game, the greater the bankroll required. If you are beating 15/30 for less than 1 BB/100 the required bankroll becomes around $20000 instead of the standerd 300 BB.

I don't think you'll find much difference between 5/10 and 15/30. Richer fish, that's all. My win rate went from 2 bb/100 hands to 1.5.

the games have gotten much worse and are getting worse by the day. i would not recommend a 2bb/100 5/10 player to step in now if it hasn't occured to them to do it already.
