Shoving TPTK in a raised pot - I don\'t do this enough
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx
BB (t800) UTG (t800) UTG+1 (t800) UTG+2 (t800) MP1 (t785) MP2 (t800) MP3 (t800) Hero (t800) Button (t785) SB (t830) Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. 2 folds, UTG+2 calls t15, MP1 calls t15, MP2 calls t15, 1 fold, Hero raises to t90, 3 folds, UTG+2 calls t75, MP1 folds, MP2 calls t75. Flop: (t307.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players) UTG+2 checks, MP2 checks, Hero pushes 710. I was gonna throw a bet of like 250 out there, then I thought that if I'm called by only one player, there's 800 in the pot and I have 500 behind, so a shove gives a caller 2.6-1. Not the best, but I'll take it (or give it, I suppose). But if I'm called by 2 players now there's 1050 in the pot and I'm giving em 3-1 on the call. I don't want to do that...in case anyone's drawing, I can shove here and make them make a huge mistake by calling. Should I be overbet shoving stuff like this more often? |
