Am I too LAG for party?
I'm still getting used to the players at Party since I'm used to the better players at Stars and UBet, but in this hand, MP2's bet on the flop really seems like missed overcards, and MP1 feels like either a draw or a monster, although given the PFR from MP2, the only hand I could possibly see him holding is the unlikely 33. On the turn, the pot is $45 and I only have $30 left behind so I think that my only option is to push. Any thoughts?

Re: Am I too LAG for party?
On the flop, you can comforatbly put MP2 on overcards or an overpair, and I agree that you have to raise to find out which. The call doesn't tell you a whole lot, though with the flush draw out there, I think most overpairs would re-raise you.
The check on the turn that two-suits the board screams overcards. No way any pocket pair is going to let you see a cheap river - neither can you. Push is your only option, though overcards with a flush draw will be right to call. My two cents, Sam |
