Default Final table hand, live bar tourney

I'm at the final table of a bar freeroll tourney. Top 2 pay, about 50 entered, 4 people left at the final table.

Blinds are 100/200, I have 2700 in the BB, SB has 2300, UTG has 3500, Button has 700.

UTG is aggressive, but not crazy. Button is a little weak/tight. SB seems decent, I can't remember him showing down a hand, nor raising a lot, although we've only played about 10 hands at the final table.

Hero has J4o in BB.

Preflop:
UTG calls 200, Button folds, SB calls, Hero checks

Flop (600, 3 players): J 8 4 rainbow
SB bets 200, Hero raised to 400, UTG folds, SB calls

Turn (1400, 2 players: J 8 4 Q (complete rainbow)
SB bets 200, Hero...

Edit: Added hero's hand (I spend all this time trying to make a good post. BAH!!)

I guess that would be important. I've edited the original post.

Being that you posted this before you knew what I had, are you saying you would push with anything, or are you just being sarcastic?

I see this type of play when the bettor has something on the flop and then picks up a draw on the turn. Possibilities would be 98, JT, J9, maybe KT or AT. It could also be a big hand begging for action. If he keeps it cheap, I'd probably call it down. I see no reason to raise your 2nd pair w/ no kicker at this point. I would raise it to something like 800 or 1000 and see how he responds. He probably has a weak J or Q, so your bet should be enough to keep him in the pot and get him to pay.

Crud, so you do. Given that, and that you're not going to fold it when there's this much in the pot, I'd go ahead and push to fold out hands that can draw out on you. There's quite a few cards that we don't want to see on the river and the pot is plenty big enough to take down right now.

A raise of 1000 leaves me with only about 5 BB. If I do this, should I fold if he pushes?
