Video's not working

I can't get any of the videos to work on my home computer. I have downloaded the Divx upgrade. The screen starts to scroll very fast for about 3 seconds then goes blank and I have to reboot. What am I missing?

i'm not totally sure, but i know that they take a long time to load.....at least for me. i click on the links and windows media player comes up and is blank for several minutes. I'd do something else for 5min or so while it is loading up. another thing that i have heard mentioned is to right click on the link and save as target instead of left clicking.
