qq ugly board pp500k

hi all, long time lurker, first post. Trying to improve my overpair play. sorry but the hand converter not working for tourney hands for some reason. no real reads on villain but havn't seen him do anything out of line yet.

early in pp500k, stack around 2k, with blinds at 15/30 picked up qq

raised to 100 bb is the lone caller

lead out for 150 villain calls

** Dealing Turn ** : [ Jh ]

chk to me. I bet 250 prepared to fold to a chk raise. He calls and i am thinking he is on the flush draw.

** Dealing River ** : [ Th ]

Villain leads for 500, leaving him with around 500 back.

Pot is now around 1500.

My main question is from a pot odds standpoint. Getting 3-1 on my call will I pick off a missed flush draw enough to make this a profitable call?

not one reply??? I fold and villain shows QK clubs for the missed flush and King high. Thoughts from anyone??? A different line I could have taken?? Wasn't sure about betting the turn.
