the river is a blank. not very many opponents are going to wait until the river to raise rather than just 3bet the turn. if you are really afraid that he would play it this way then you simply dont checkraise the turn.

I said the same thing to myself on the river. I felt like George Clooney in "Oh Brother Where Art Thou". Every tough spot where he's in trouble, bullets flying or whatever, all he could repeat over and over "We're in a tough spot here". Funny.

The idea was to take a crazy line and mix it up with the wild guy and I ended up mixing myself up.

Funny part is, he was wild, but not stupid wild. He played well post flop. That's why I realize now why he was so passive and called the turn raise. He was just looking me up with 77. It was our first tangle.

3-bet preflop, and def if you are representing K you don't check that river, he now knows his Kx/Qx is prolly the best hand.

I don't know what you're doing preflop and I certainly don't know why you're trying to represent K's.
