Poker Tracker Questions in Regards to 6-Max NL

I just recently started using Poker Tracker, and have few questions about how to use it effectively. I hope this is the right forum.

I play mostly NL 6-Max, $1-2 or $2-4 blinds.

VP$IP: What is considered to be loose in 6-Max?
PF Raise %: What is standard for 6-Max?
AF: What is standard n 6-Max?
What other things do you look for to get an idea of an opponents tendencies?
